Happy Easter!
I’m going to keep this message short, so we can all get out and enjoy the beauty of spring and this Easter weekend. This is a sacred time of year for many, and an opportunity to celebrate renewed faith, love, and hope.
As the earth’s light and energy increases it’s also the perfect time to renew, replenish, and remember who you are and what makes your heart sing. My weekend will include a private dance lesson, a hike up Mt. Douglas (a small ‘mountain’ in Victoria with spectacular views), and quality time with friends.
This is a great time to refuel and feel more energized, powerful, and loving by taking some time out for “self-love,” self-care, and a little soul nourishment so you have more love to share.
So whether you’re celebrating the spirit of love at Easter services, feasting on springtime bounty with family and friends, hunting for coloured eggs, biting off the heads of chocolate rabbits, or all of the above…
May this be a time to focus on joy, and all the LOVE that comes to you, and through you, to renew you.
